Please read the FAQ' articles as these may answer on some of your
questions. There you will find samples of typical incoming queries of
our customers.
Q. Demo version do not show any data after scan of damaged Word file. Could
the purchased version repair more ?
A. Unfortunately, it means that neither demo
nor full version can't help in your case. Demo version of Word eRepair
tool shows all files to be recovered by registered version.

Q. I have downloaded the program several times, but the installer is damaged. What to
do?
A. Check your system for viruses and remove them. The setup
package will not run if the checksum check is not passed. Additionally
this problem can be produced by network errors or interrupts during
download.
Q. Why Demo version of eRepair Word was able to show me the content of
damaged Word, but the purchased version did not find any files in Word
file ?
A. The eRepair Word tool is not changed, it is working as it was. Something happens
with your Word file between tryout and software purchase. You can install the demo
version of eRepair Word to another computer, transfer damaged file there
and check that it will not find any data in your Word file because
the Word
file was changed (additionally damaged).
Q. How to get the eRepair license for free ?
A. The eRepair Word is commercial version. You can use our free
eRepair Word demo for tryout. Demo version is limited, it is not saving
any data.
